This series parodies "The Last Supper" as a group of skaters led by one person, namely Jesus. In each work, there are scenes of Jesus giving tricks (tips), skateboards, wheels, and skaters. Jesus is here as a skater, sponsor, guide, presenter, and more. The scenes of togetherness in this work often remind us of memories of togetherness that once occurred. I also developed a doodle in the background to symbolize rain, as rain represents a gift of life from God. But this story has no end because Jesus will come again.
The Last Skateboard
Often, skaters have more than one board. If the board is damaged/ broken, it will be replaced with a new one so the game (life) may continue. This painting depicts a scene when the skaters are on the last board.
