Deskripsi Karya :

This painting is inspired by the heartbreaking story of the distance that separates. A mother and child look at the wall, longing to enter it to find the one they miss. The husband/ father is in another room, across the wall, a metaphor for the emotional distance that separates the family. A deep silence envelops them inside the house, accompanied by unspoken questions about when this longing will end. While outside the home, life continues to go on cheerfully.

This painting depicts the paradox between the happiness that appears outside and the sadness that envelops the inside. Both are visual representations of love that are tested by distance and time. The painter wanted to explore the power of love that endures through distance and time and the echoes of separation that continue to resonate in their daily lives.
